KITCHEN ELECTRICS

Partial Rewire of this kitchen involving adding additional sockets, installing recessed downlights, induction hob and oven. With all fronts of accessories changed with new. Fully tested with certificate.

CONSUMER UNIT/FUSEBOARD UPGRADE

Consumer unit which is an full RCBO (type A) board with surge protection. Fully tested and certification with building control certificate.

ATTIC LIGHTS

2x attic lights added in with a switch by the attic hatch for convenience.

RING VIDEO DOORBELL 

Ring Video Doorbell which is mains powered and can be monitored via the Ring app via WiFi. You can also link other ring accessories to the app e.g. Ring CCTV and Ring Alarm.

KITCHEN ELECTRICS

Installed led strip light under the cabinets controlled via an wireless switch that can be mounted wherever you would like within the required distance. Also Added additional sockets, changed the oven and all front plates changed with new.

GARAGE SUPPLY

New garage consumer unit installed from a type A RCBO in main existing consumer unit. The new consumer is to add an supply for the new garage roller shutters and additional sockets in the garage.

RING ALARM SYSTEM

Ring Alarm System that is mains powered with 4 motion sensors and 2 window sensors onto front and back doors. The system is connected to the Ring app which can be monitored 24/7 and switched on and off via the app aswell as the physical keypad in the house. The App can have all your ring products connected e.g. Ring Video Doorbell.

TADO SMART HEATING 

Tado Smart Heating controller installed with the tado bridge (for connecting the heating controller wirelessly), tado heating control base (to replace your existing heating control base). You can also invest in the Tado Smart TRVs which replace your existing TRVs on your radiators and are battery powered and gives you the capabilities of controlling the heating on individual rooms. All of this can be controlled via the Tado app. But you can also use the Tado wireless thermostat.

OUTSIDE SOCKET

IP rated outside socket for the garden able to withstand the rain and keep the plug in the casing with a tight seal with the open/close clips fully pressed.
